After that the item is in production. Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery under our standard return conditions (unused, original packaging, return shipping paid by the customer), see our Return & Refund Policy. Personalized or custom items cannot be returned or refunded when the options entered at checkout were produced correctly.
