Once we confirm your refund, it is sent back to your original payment method right away. Banks and card issuers then take 7–10 business days to show it on your statement; PayPal and digital wallets are usually faster.
We always confirm the refund amount by email. If it has not appeared after 10 business days, please contact your bank with that email, or contact us and we will send you the transaction reference.
